Dear ECE faculty, students, staff, alumni and friends,

Earlier this week the Purdue community was stunned and saddened by the loss of ECE student, Andrew Boldt.  On behalf of the School of ECE, I extend our deepest sympathy to Andrew’s family and friends, and to all those who have been affected by this tragedy.

In times of great sorrow we are reminded of the importance of community – the outpouring of concern and support for our students, faculty, and staff is touching and appreciated.  It is with this sense of community that we find strength to begin the process of moving forward.
