Graduate Student Heng Wu receives Best Student Paper Award at Device Research Conference
Graduate student Heng Wu has received the Best Student Paper Award at the 2015 Device Research Conference. His presentation was titled "Demonstration of Ge CMOS Inverter and Ring Oscillator with 10 nm Ultra-thin Channel.
For over seven decades, the DRC has brought together leading scientists, researchers, and students to share their latest discoveries in device science, technology and modeling. The DRC is coordinated with the Electronic Materials Conference (EMC) which is held during the same week from June 24-26, 2015. This recognizes the importance of interaction between device and electronic materials research and provides for fruitful exchange of information between attendees of both conferences.
Heng Wu is advised by Professor Peide "Peter" Ye.
