Professor Joerg Appenzeller has been awarded the 2015 IBM Faculty Award. The $30,000 cash award is given to foster collaboration between researchers at leading universities and those in IBM research, development, and services organizations, and promote courseware and curriculum innovation to stimulate growth in disciplines and geographies that are strategic to IBM.
