Remove PC from BoilerAD

Steps to complete when removing a domain PC from BoilerAD

1) Remove the PC from boilerad (user services)

2) Remove from Config Manager/CM (windows)

3) Remove from AMP (windows)

4) Remove from the hosts file (user services)

5) Remove from the dhcp file (user services)

6) Reuse or salvage hardare (user services)
