Ali is a senior in Biomedical Engineering and is a member of both the Co-op and GEARE programs. She was a lifecycle management co-op with DePuy Synthes for 3 rotations and over the summer was an engineering intern at Fort Wayne Metals Ireland. Ali is a teaching assistant for OPP's ENGR 103 course and is passionate about supporting students interested in the OPP programs.

 

At her co-op with DePuy Synthes, Ali was in Commercialized Product Development, working on projects relating to knee, hip, and shoulder replacements on the market. At her summer internship with Fort Wayne Metals Ireland, Ali was in the engineering group, working on R&D and process engineering projects to improve wire drawing for medical applications. 

 

Outside of school, Ali enjoys reading, cooking, running, and jiu-jitsu.
