Biography

Sophie (Chen Chin) serves as a Semiconductor Co-op Program Manager at the Office of Professional Practice right after she graduated from MBA program at Duke. In her role, Sophie coordinates co-op opportunities, fostering meaningful connections between students and industry partners in semiconductor. Her diverse background, coupled with her comprehensive approach to program management, ensures the seamless operation of these valuable experiential initiatives.

Growing up from Taiwan, she completed her undergraduate studies in Business Administration with a minor in Music. Prior to her MBA, Sophie accrued experience as a Product Manager within a hardware technology company.

During her free time, Sophie finds solace in playing the piano.  Additionally, she is a dedicated food enthusiast, consistently exploring various cuisines, visiting farmers' markets, and enjoying the process of grocery shopping.
