Patty currently serves as the Associate Director of Global Performance Excellence for PG Technologies, a new Joint Venture between Linde and GE Aerospace to develop and deploy new coatings for GE's current and future turbine engines. 

 

She began her full-time career at Rolls Royce Allison as a Failure Analysis Engineer working on gas turbine engine components. Patty later returned to Praxair Surface Technologies and served in many different roles, including PST Corporate Six Sigma Black Belt/Acting Master Black Belt, Operations Manager for the Thermal Spray Consumables Business, Senior Productivity Leader of Electron Beam PVD, Production Manager, Flagship Project Manager and Global Performance Excellence Manager. She acts as a Core Team Member with the Linde Women in Technology and active member with the Junior League of Indianapolis, where she received the League Unity Award for her participation on the DEI Committee.
